If you have questions, concerns, fears or phobias, bring it! Rachel often treats pain, digestive issues, infertility, insomnia, anxiety, depression, prenatal care and so much more. She is a sensory healer, in addition to excellent acupuncture treatment, she incorporates aromatherapy and shiatsu.
She also practices cosmetic acupuncture! I tried one treatment and it's rather amazing for improving the appearance of fine lines, firming and tightening facial skin. The best part? She accepts most health insurances!

Yesterday I tried cosmetic acupuncture for the first time. I felt like this:
It didn't hurt that bad, though--mostly like getting poked in the face about 40 times. It is supposed to boost collagen production and improve circulation through very small pinprick wounds placed on acupuncture meridians on mah face and head! My wonderful acupuncturist, Rachel, says that for best results I'd do this 2x a week for 5 weeks. Ouchy...and I wish I had the time!
Great results are coming from one treatment--the circulation did my skin good, skin looks just a tad tighter. The best part is although I hustled around all weekend, I still look well rested. Well now. I will be back!
I love acupuncture + have had excellent results combating stress, depression and monster PMS.
